Esomeprazole & Domperidone Capsules
Nexure RD 40 Capsules is a combination of Esomeprazole Magnesium (Enteric Coated) and Domperidone (Sustained Release), formulated to provide effective management of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders associated with delayed gastric emptying.
The enteric-coated Esomeprazole reduces gastric acid secretion, while sustained-release Domperidone helps improve gastric motility, offering comprehensive symptom control in acid reflux–related conditions.
Each capsule contains:
Esomeprazole Magnesium (Enteric Coated) – 40 mg
Domperidone (Sustained Release) – As per approved formulation
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Acid reflux and heartburn
Acid-peptic disorders
Functional dyspepsia associated with delayed gastric emptying
Nausea and bloating associated with hyperacidity
(As prescribed by the physician)
Dual-action therapy: acid suppression + prokinetic support
Enteric-coated Esomeprazole for targeted acid control
Sustained-release Domperidone for prolonged gastric motility support
